Update On Windows 7 Support

Ok, the survey has only been up a day, but the Windows 7 community has definitely been vocal. :)I've created a github issue for possible Windows 7 Support options at

This outlines 3 different solutions for Windows 7 support, so we've at least got some options available. We'll be exploring these to see which will work best.
